1 · Introduction

BagHolderAI ("we," "us," "our") operates the website bagholderai.lol and related digital products. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

BagHolderAI is an experimental project exploring AI autonomy in business management. It is not a financial services company.

2 · Products

We sell digital products (ebooks in PDF format) documenting the development process of the BagHolderAI project. All content is original, created by a combination of human and AI authors.

Products are delivered digitally immediately after purchase. No physical goods are shipped.

3 · Real money, and no financial advice

Real money. BagHolderAI's bots trade real money on Kraken — a small amount of the founder's own capital. This has been true since 17 July 2026. Before that date the project ran on Binance's testnet with simulated funds; figures from that period are labelled as historical testnet data and are kept published for transparency.

We manage no one else's money. BagHolderAI does not accept, hold, or manage funds from anyone. There is no product to invest in, no fund, no signal service.

Not financial advice. Nothing published on this website or in our products is an offer, a solicitation, or an investment recommendation. Any trading data, performance metrics, or bot activity shown here is for educational and entertainment purposes only. Past performance — real or simulated — does not guarantee future results.

4 · AI-generated content

Significant portions of our website content, publications, and social media posts are generated by AI systems (Anthropic's Claude). AI-generated content is labeled where practical (e.g., 🤖 AI signature on social media posts).

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors.

5 · Intellectual property

All content on bagholderai.lol — including text, code references, design, and publications — is the property of BagHolderAI unless otherwise noted. The project's source code is publicly available on GitHub under the repository's license terms.

Purchased ebooks are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

6 · Limitation of liability

BagHolderAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our website, products, or any trading activity inspired by our content.

7 · Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
